TunePort Tutorial
From YouTube to Spotify in four steps. No accounts, no friction, purely local.
Download the latest TunePort release, unzip it, and load it via chrome://extensions (Developer Mode).
Go to the Spotify Developer Dashboard to create a new app. This gives you unlimited API access.
Add "chrome-extension://<extension-id>/popup/auth-callback.html" to your app settings. Find your ID in the extension.
Copy the Client ID from your new Spotify App and paste it into the TunePort extension setup screen.
Want to sync Local Files? Install Spicetify and enable Bridge Mode in extension settings. The extension will guide you through the setup.

Ensure the YouTube video title contains both the Artist and Track Name clearly. Remixes with complex titles might need manual adjustment.
If the "Add to TunePort" option doesn't appear, try refreshing the YouTube page once after installation.
Check your internet connection. Downloads are processed locally in your browser.
